Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join this successful private practice and the team are expert in providing fresh ideas to commercial property transactions. The position offers plenty of opportunity to undertake development with existing clients and new ones.
You will work unsupervised on a mixed caseload, including HNW City clients across several sectors, including developers, retail, banks, finance houses and lending institutions. You will be experienced in a variety of large transactions, site acquisition and development, where you will be involved with negotiating leases and dealing with renewals and property disposals in a client facing role where you will discuss complex issues and guide your clients through complex matters.
This is a non-contentious role and we are seeking someone who can provide solutions, fresh ideas, commercial acumen and cost effecting advice along with high-quality services. Experienced in a client-facing position, you will take direct responsibility for your clients and all their legal needs.
The position comes with secretarial and paralegal support to assist with keeping clients updated on all matters, diary organisation and drafting and checking documentation. The role will also see you working as a mentor to the firm's trainees who will work in the department from time to time. There is a good CMS to enable you to fee earn and benefit from a firm with a superb reputation and a very good flow of work.
