From day one, you'll work on a diverse range of commercial property matters for an established client base. You'll take ownership of your own caseload, advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and a variety of other complex transactions. The work is varied, stimulating and provides an excellent platform to continue broadening your technical expertise while working alongside highly respected property specialists.
You'll play a hands-on role throughout the lifecycle of each transaction, from reviewing titles and drafting legal documentation through to negotiating terms, coordinating exchanges and completions, and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice. In addition, you'll become a trusted adviser to your clients, helping them navigate complex property matters with confidence while building long-term professional relationships.
This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in real estate who enjoys taking responsibility and has the technical ability to manage a varied caseload with confidence. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service are essential, while a genuine desire to continue learning and developing your career will be highly valued.
